Founded in 2021 and headquartered at Kemp House, 152–160 City Road, London, Panacea City began as a forward-thinking holding company established to build and support a diverse portfolio of subsidiary businesses.

With over a decade of multi-industry experience, he focuses on innovation, brand growth, and building a unified ecosystem of businesses operating across multiple sectors.
The CFO manages financial strategy, planning, and compliance across all subsidiaries. They ensure long-term financial stability, oversee investment structure, and maintain fiscal governance aligned with UK regulatory standards.
Responsible for day-to-day operations and performance, the COO ensures all divisions operate efficiently and in line with company objectives. They coordinate internal systems and cross-sector activities to maintain operational consistency and execution quality.
The CMO leads branding, marketing, and communication strategy across the company. They oversee digital growth, media presence, and marketing campaigns to strengthen visibility, engagement, and market positioning across all operational divisions.
